Our location in Fonthill is made possible simply by the success of the Niagara operation. After 4 years of gaining the reputation as one of the finest Italian restaurants in the region, Carlo and Angelo found what they believe is a perfect opportunity to expand. "Fonthill is really somewhere that was in our sights for the past year or so. This wasn’t the first location we looked at but when we found it we knew right away it was the one. The size and location as well as ability to expand if necessary on the almost 1.2 acres of land made it a dream", says Carlo. "What's important is that Casa Vostra continues to have the same positive response from our customers that we have up until now at the new location. As I explain to all my staff, our goal is to try to ensure that everyone that leaves says "wow" about the food, service and ambiance".
